Highland Oaks is located approximately 5 miles west of the Highway 287 and Highway 114 intersection in the City of Boyd. All types of water sports are available at Lake Bridgeport, which is about 20 miles northwest of Highland Oaks. Highland Oaks is just a 20-minute drive to the Alliance Airport employment centers or Alliance Town Center shopping on I-35W. And DFW International Airport is about a 40-minute drive away.
Highland Oaks is approximately 30 minutes away from both historic downtown Fort Worth and exciting Southlake Town Center. A wide variety of restaurants and almost every type of shopping can be found in both of these fun and interesting city centers. A new Tanger Outlets Mall located at the southwest corner of I-35W and Highway 114 is about a 20-minute drive from Highland Oaks.
There are several lots available in Phase 1 of 65 lots. Homebuyers can choose from a full spectrum of home sites with available lots ranging in size from approximately 1/3 acre to a full acre. There are still a limited number of wooded homesites available, as well as a small number of lots that are adjacent to or overlook, one of the three private, neighborhood ponds.
Minimum home square footages are 3500sf (2800sf/1st floor of 2-story homes) on larger lots and 2800sf (2300sf/1st floor of 2-story homes) on smaller lots.
